U-profile Shuttering System – HSMAG shuttering system consist of a U-profile, in which a number of magnets depending on the length. Due to a special patented design, these magnets can be activated and deactivated. In contrast to conventional systems, a button for detaching thre magnets is not necessary. The magnets “disappear” into the stopper which results in a smooth surface.
The U-profile can be manufactured in different sizes, with or without lateral mitres.

HSMAG’s Precast produce magnetic shuttering U60 with 2 chamfers which is made by high performance magnetic inserts and high grade steel. the U-profile Shuttering System w/ 2 chamfers have one side chamfer in the edge. The U-profile Shuttering System w/ 2 chamfers are equipped with the precast formwork automatic system that can be activated with the push of a button after positioning on the casting precast concrete platform by using a foot or robot. The U-profile Shuttering System with two sides chamfer can be configured in many lengths and heights, with or without chamfer or draft, etc.
