Product Description
Small Flat Ferrite Pot Magnet Ø 10 x 4.5 mm, Small Ceramic Flat Pot Magnets, Mounting Magnets, Magnetic Systems, Disc Ferrite Magnets in Steelpot China Supplier
Small Flat Ferrite Pot Magnet Ø 10 x 4.5 mm Part No.HS-FO-10 by HSMAG Features :
Material: Housing steel and Magnetic core sintered ferrite disc magnet.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow pot magnets, These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D=10 mm version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 200°C.
Neodymium magnets in steelpot, perfect to glue.
Our strong neodymium magnets could be even stronger! In this category you find our neodymium pot magnets. The core is a strong neodymium disc built in a steel pot. Not only will the steel pot keep the magnet safe from damages but also the magnetic force is higher! Because of the steel there is only one side that can be attached. The optimal surfaces are steel and iron.
If you need less force and adherence you should have a look at our ferrite pot magnets.
Special feature: these magnets can not be fixed or mounted using screws. For this reason we suggest to place and glue them in a drilled pilot hole and can be used at a temperature up to 80 °C.
Let the application examples of our satisfied customers convince you of the multi-functionality of pot magnets.
Special features of pot magnets
To protect the magnet and ensure maximum adhesive force, the magnet must not protrude from the pot. In practice the magnet is lightly recessed in the pot, which varies from magnet to magnet, but the adhesive force indicated on the web shop is guaranteed.
Other special features are listed in the FAQ about pot magnets.
