Product Description
Small Countersunk Pot Magnet Ø 10 X 5 mm, Sintered Neodymium Countersunk Pot Magnet, Powerful Countersunk Pot Magnets, NdFeB Small Countersunk Mounting Magnet, Magnetic Pot Assemblies
Very Small Countersunk Pot Magnet Ø 10 X 5 mm HS-NA10 Features by HSMAG:
1.Strong magnetic force
2.Ni or Zn coated surface to avoid corrosion
3.Can be used in water environment
4.Durable quality
Material: Housing steel and Magnetic core sintered neodymium coountersink magnet.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow flat pot magnets without threaded bush. These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D=10 version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 80°C.
Rare Earth Samarium & Neodymium, pots and assemblies can offer up to eleven times the performance of a Ferrite system in a comparable size. Applications tend to be specialized engineering projects where performance and available space are key factors. Maximum operating temperatures are +60°C for the Neodymium and +150°C – +250°C for the Samarium depending on the design configuration.
High Performance Pot magnets are special magnets which, especially the bigger ones, are used in the industry as industrial magnets. The magnetic core of pot magnets is made of neodymium and is sunk in a steel pot in order to intensify the adhesive force of the magnet. That is why they are called “pot” magnets. Often they have a centered borehole and countersink which makes it possible to screw them firmly to the primer. Please consider that the indicated adhesive force of the pot magnets is measured perpendicularly to the primer. Maybe a stronger magnet is necessary for a fixation on the wall. Please contact us in this case for an individual advise.
