Rubberized Magnetic System Holding Mounting
Product Description
Rubberized Magnetic System Holding Mounting, Rubber Covered Plastic Jacket Magnetic System, Magnetic Mounting, Magnetic Systems with Bore and Counterbore, NdFeB Magnetic Assemblies China Supplier
Rubberized Magnetic System Holding Mounting Part No. RMS-P-31-N35 by HSMAG Features :
Material: Rubber or Plastic Coating, Housing steel and Magnetic core hard sintered neodymium permanent magnet.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow pot magnets, These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D 31 mm version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 80°C.
Magnetic systems with rubber or plastic jacket coat
Rubber Coated magnetic systems with neodymium magnets for demanding tasks. The rubber-coated adhesive surface protects the metal from scratches and grounds for detention increases the pushing force. The neodymium magnets are arranged alternately pole and thus increase the adhesive force. As material for the rubber sheath Santoprene was used. They can be mounted with different exposures (threaded stud, threaded socket, female threaded, hole or depression).
These systems are used especially on delicate surfaces. Due to the rubber coating occurs neither scratches nor discoloration. Moreover the slip resistance is improved thanks to rubber coating.
Alternative to the standard we also offer individual solutions:
» Other colours rubber coating
» Rubber coating harder or softer
» printable rubber coat
* The forces have been determined at room temperature on a plate in polished steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm (1kg ~ 10N). A maximum deviation of -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. Value is exceeded in general. Depending on the type of application (installation situation, temperatures, counter anchor etc.) the forces can be influenced enormously. The indicated values are serving as an orientation. Typical uses: include are commonly used around the home and for holding machine parts in place.
