Rubber Threaded Pin Ferrite Pot Magnet Ø 25mm
Product Description
Rubber Threaded Pin Ferrite Pot Magnet Ø 25mm, Hard Sintered Ferrite Pot Magnet with External Thread Pin, Rubber Radius on Adhesive Side Ceramic Cup Magnet with Male Thread China Supplier
Rubber Threaded Pin Ferrite Pot Magnet Ø 25mm x 9.1 mm Part No.HS-FHT-25R by HSMAG Features :
Material: Housing steel and Magnetic core hard sintered ferrite permanent magnet with external threaded mounting.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow pot magnets, These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D=25 mm version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 200°C.
Magnetic systems, cup magnet, mounting magnet, fastening magnet or pot magnet – there are just as many different applications as names for them, thanks to their outstanding strength: The alloy containing neodymium, iron and boron makes them powerful super magnets. In order to increase their adhesive force even more, they are embedded in a steel pot, which leads the magnetic power concentrated into the surface.
If pot magnets are in direct contact with a counterpart they develop their full strength, which is significantly higher than those of common magnets. At the same time, this allows for a flat design.
Due to their super-strong adhesive force and easy attachment with threaded stem, borehole or glueing, they are the ideal solution for temporary or long-term mounting or holding.
Applications of pot magnets

Special features of pot magnets
To protect the magnet and ensure maximum adhesive force, the magnet must not protrude from the pot. In practice the magnet is lightly recessed in the pot, which varies from magnet to magnet, but the adhesive force indicated on the web shop is guaranteed.
