Product Description
Neodymium-Iron-Boron Counterbore Pot Magnet Ø 48 X 9.6 mm, Neodymium flat pot magnets with counterbore, Neodymium Pot with Countersunk, China Pot Magnet Supplier
Neodymium-Iron-Boron Counterbore Pot Magnet Ø 48 X 9.6 mm Item No.HS-NA48-1 by HSMAG Features :
Material: Housing steel and Magnetic core sintered neodymium coountersunk magnet.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow flat pot magnets with sunken hole. These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D=48 version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 80°C.
Pot magnets, also called Mounting magnets, Magnetic lense, Cup Magnets, Magnetic Holders or Magnet Hooks, are made of permanent magnet encased in a metal pot, and feature a hole, thread, boss or removable hook in centre of the magnets. The pot is an essential part of the magnetic circuit. the active magnet face is not enclosed. When Pot magnets hold any metal parts, the magnetic force in this circuit is stronger than that of alone magnet. It is the most efficient design for gripping, also provide an easy, non-destructive way to suspend objects or attach them to metal. They are widely used for fixing, holding, mounting, lifting and transferring objects useful in the field of construction, engineering, automotive, etc or in the place of office, family, watehouse etc.
There are NdfeB Pot magnets, SmCo Pot magnets, Ferrite Pot magnets and Alnico Pot Magnets according to different permanent magnets.
Features:
Stronger magnetic force than alone magnet by properly design
Simple structure, easy operation
