Product Description
Neodymium Countersink Pot Magnet Ø 18 X 6 mm, Screw-on Pot Neo Magnets, Rare Earth NdFeB Round Base Magnets with Countersink Hole, Countersunk Ringmagnets China Supplier
Neodymium Countersink Pot Magnet Screw-on Ø 18 X 6 mm Item No.HS-NA18 by HSMAG Features :
Material: Housing steel and Magnetic core sintered neodymium coountersink magnet.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow flat pot magnets with sunken hole. These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D=18 version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 80°C.
Our range of Rare Earth Pot Magnet is a permanent magnet enclosed in a metal “pot”, while the active magnet face is not enclosed. With the combination of the power of a neodymium magnet this magnet size and shape varies in pot magnet according to application. These are offered in high quality and effective pricing to suit the budget of the customers.
We have gained expertise in providing our clients with Pot Magnets. It consists of permanent magnet enclosed in a metal “pot”, while the active magnet face is not enclosed. These are available in different shapes and sizes at market leading prices.
Applications:
Clamping
Holding
Moving of small components through short distance
Neo pot magnets consist of neodymiu, iron and boron . This type of magnet has high remanent induction, low coercivity and great stability at extreme temperatures. They are largely used in measurement equipment and detection systems that use magnetic fields. Neodymium magnetic bases can only be manipulated during the casting process. The orientation of the material is achieved during heat treatment, producing a magnetic field with the defined magnetisation direction.
