NdFeB Eyebolt Pot Magnets Ø42 mm
Product Description
NdFeB Eyebolt Pot Magnets Ø42 mm, Super Strong Eyelet Neodymium Magnet, Holding Pot Magnet, Mounting Magnet, Sintered NdFeB Eyebolt Cup Magnets Supplier
NdFeB Eyebolt Pot Magnets Ø42 mm X 50 mm Part No.HS-NF42 by HSMAG Features :
Material: Housing steel and Magnetic core sintered neodymium internal female threaded magnet with eyebolt.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow pot magnets with internal threaded and eyelet. These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D=42 version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 80°C.
Our range of Pot Magnet is a permanent magnet enclosed in a metal “pot”, while the active magnet face is not enclosed. With the combination of the power of a neodymium magnet this magnet size and shape varies in pot magnet according to application. These are offered in high quality and effective pricing to suit the budget of the customers.
The device and the types of search magnets. The strength of the magnet retention search
Exploratory magnet ( magnet system ) consists of as many of the individual permanent magnets. At present , a magnet of neodymium (Nd)- iron (Fe)- boron (B) has the strongest magnetic properties. This magnet is called neodymium magnet .
The retention force ( lift-off ) of modern neodymium magnet from 80 to 800 kg, but the most commonly used search engines when searching for magnets with holding force of 80 to 300 kg. It should be understood that the nominal holding force corresponds to the ” ideal ” conditions , when a force is applied perpendicular to the surface of the object, and the object’s surface is smooth, flat and clean ( free of dirt , sand and corrosion) .
Deviations from “ideal ” conditions will reduce the holding force . What else can reduce the holding force ? The ambient temperature range for normal search neodymium magnet -50 / +50 degrees. Celsius. When the ambient temperature increases there is a loss of magnetic properties and loss of holding force values .
