Product Description
Ferrite Pot Magnets with Borehole Ø 20 x 5.2 mm, Round Base Ceramic Pot Magnet with Through Hole, Cylindrical Borehole Ferrite Ring Magnets in Steelpot China Factory
Ferrite Pot Magnets with Borehole Ø 20 x 5.2 mm Part No.HS-CH-20 by HSMAG Features :
Material: Housing steel and Magnetic core hard sintered ferrite disc permanent magnet.
Version: Housing, galvanized. Magnet, Ni coated or Zn coated
Note: Shallow pot magnets, These magnets are pressed or glued into the receiving holes.
Hairline cracks in the magnetic material are unavoidable for technical reasons in the D=20 mm version. They do not impair the attracting function of the magnets in any way.
Temperature range: max. 200°C.
They are ferrite and not neodymium magnets like the otherwise identical Cylindrical Hole (Borehole) pot magnets. They have therefore a lower adhesive force and are larger. But they are cheaper than neodymium magnets and can be used outside as well. We also carry screw-on neodymium magnets without pot. These are the ideal magnets for when intense holding power is required.
Pot magnet is one of the most efficient designs for gripping and holding. It consists of magnet material enclosed in a metal pot, while the active magnet face is not enclosed. Special feature: these magnets can not be fixed or mounted using screws. For this reason we suggest to place and glue them in a drilled pilot hole and can be used at a temperature up to 200 °C.
Pot magnet, is widely used as tools for various activities in workshops and developed for the current industrial needs, such as Positioning jigs, Work holding fixtures, Catches and latches, Insert into jigs and fixtures for holding, etc.
The Ferrite Pot Magnets are usually used in these fields:
Hanging signs and lights
Fastening antennas
Holding tarps
Making retrieval tools
Holding through non-ferrous materials
Use for fastening or holding steel doors
Insertion into molds
Insertion into fixtures
Incorporation into precision finished products
