900kg Precast Loaf Magnet Metal Blocks Part No. SMEB-900 – The shuttering magnets with the retaining force 900kgs. The simplest design, with an inverse U-shape steel casing to protect the magnets. Without a push-button, the magnets fix directly to a metal surface.
A lower magnetic power makes their use simpler. Their lighter weight and smaller size allow for multiple uses in more complicated or reduced spaces.
This 900kgs precast magnet as loaf shape formed to be applicable for our customers’ U-shuttering system as same as Ratec Euro RTM type. It makes much more adaptive applications available. After magnets asserted into the latch machining steel shell, the spare space was fulfilled with black epoxy material to resist dust. It could keep the inside magnets from damage and much longer durable working life.
